We ONLY ship to Canada. For US or International orders, please check US Order Recommendations.

All orders over $99.00 are shipping FREE. And a $5.99 flat fee will be charged for any orders less than $99.00.

All listed prices below are tax INCLUDED and will be automatically added to your order at checkout. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and $100.00 commodity insurance is included for your package. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number notification will be sent to the email that you provide at checkout.

If you only order one or more small items AND the total value less than or equal to $40 (e.g. one insert, one swim diapers, diaper covers), your order will be shipped by business lettermail WITHOUT insurance.

• Orders from remote areas in Canada. A few remote locations in Canada (e.g., Northern Area of Canada) may be charged with extra on top of the regular shipping fees listed in the table above. If you believe you are in one of those locations, please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order or we will contact you to confirm before shipping if you do not ask.

** Free Shipping Notes:

• If the return/refund makes your original order value become less than the set FREE SHIPPING AMOUNT ($ 99.00), we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount.

• The Gift Certificates is NOT eligible for Free Shipping promotion. 

Special Requests:

If you would like your order to arrive sooner by using different shipping method (e.g., Fedex Overnight), please notify us by any of the followings:

• Write your request in the Comments area of the CHECKOUT page;

• Email us; OR

• Use Contact Us form.

We will send you an invoice with extra shipping charge.

If you would like the insurance to be more than $100 standard value which is included in the shipping charge, please notify us by any of the followings:

• Write your request in the Comments area of the CHECKOUT page;

• Email us;

• Use Contact Us form; OR

• Simply order Extra Insurance from our site the same way as what you do for a regular product.

If a product is out of stock, you will not be able to add it into your shopping cart. However, you can put yourself on the waiting list for this product by clicking the Add to Waiting List button at the product page and we will contact you as soon as this product is available. No payment and no obligation.

Shipping Lead Time:

All in-stock orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of your payment. The average delivery time for Canada Post is 1-7 business days depending on locations. The shipping lead time is an ESTIMATE only and is NOT guaranteed given that we have no control over the postal system. If your order does not arrive on the time that is indicated in the delivery notification email we send to you when you place the order, please contact us and we will be more than happy to check it for you. But please allow 1 2 days before contacting us.

Packaging:

As an environmentally-friendly company, we try to recycle and reuse the packaging material as much as we can. Therefore, it is possible that the parcels you receive from our store are packed with re-cycled but clean material. We appreciate if you feel comfortable to support this green initiative. But if you would prefer a new carton box, please inform us through the comments area in the checkout form. Also, NO paper based pack slip or invoice will be sent along with your mailed order. Therefore, please save the e-format invoice we send you in case you need to exchange, return or refund.
The Cloth Diapers Use and Care Instruction is available on our website. But if you would prefer a printed copy, please inform us through the comments area in the checkout form. Our store would like to thank all of you have done to protect the environment. Lets save a green world for our kids.
 

Gift Wrap Service:

Our store offers Gift Wrap Service, which can be purchased like a regular product. You package will be well wrapped with decorated gift paper and knots. In addition, a nice and warm gift card will be sent along with the gift. You are able to tell us what you want to put in the card by simply filling out the Gift Card Message area when you purchase the Gift Wrap Service.

Gift Certificate Shipping:

If the gift certificate is delivered in E-Format through email, no shipping fee will be charged. The delivery lead time in this case is 1 business day. If you would like a physical Gift Certificate card to be delivered, the regular shipping charge and lead time will apply. The purchase of the Gift Certificate does NOT count for Free Shipping promotion.
