Return Policy

General Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with what you purchase, we are more than happy to serve you with exchange, return and refund. Please read through our detailed return policy below:

  • All merchandise has to be in new, unwashed, unworn, and unused with original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Any item that is evaluated by our company based on receiving conditions not able to resell at full price will be returned at the customer's expense.

  • All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 15 calendar days of your order receipt. All sales are final after 14 days of receipt of your order.

  • All items approved for return need to be sent back and postmarked within 1 week after the return authorization.

  • All sales on promotional, clearance, sale, or special-ordered products are final. No return or exchange will be accepted.

  • Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required before sending us back items for return or exchange! Prior to return or exchange, you need to request a RMA before any further actions. A RMA request can be easily created in your account. No return will be accepted without a valid RMA. Detailed information on how to process a return or exchange is provided later in this article. 

  • Actual shipping charges are NON-refundable. Please note that actual shipping cost is not the flat shipping charge you paid for your order. It is the real amount that the Canada Post charges for shipping your order. In case of return, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount since it is more than the fee we charge you. In addition, if you had Free Shipping service due to your order value exceeding the pre-set minimum and it drops below this minimum due to the return, the actually shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount also.

  • No Returns on baby care, nursing, and baby wash products such as but not limited to pre-wash, baby lotion and cream.

  • 10% Restocking Fee will be charged for any return. Check here to see what is Restocking Fee.

  • For item exchange, you will qualify for full refund on the merchandise value. No restocking fee will be charged. At the same time, you need to place an order for the new item. If a new order is not placed, it is considered as a return instead of exchange.

  • Please inspect the items you would like to return against our Return Condition Checklist to avoid any unnecessary charges.

  • Please allow 8 - 10 business days to process your return or exchange after the receipt of the items returned.

  • No Returns on gift certificate.

  • Gift purchased can ONLY be refunded to the gift receiver by store credit.

  • Package deal needs to be returned in FULL, otherwise return will NOT be accepted.

  • If the merchandise arrives with an incorrect size, color or type, please contact us immediately and we will make this right for you.  But please aware that the customer needs to claim this within 15 calendar days of the order receipt and no return or exchange will be accepted afterwards.

  • All pictures of the products on our website are provided by manufacturers without any modification. We cannot be held any responsibility for any color variations between pictures and the items in real life as the colors in the pictures can be interpreted differently with different individuals, devices, monitors, and device settings.

  • Again, your satisfaction is extremely important to us, if you have any questions regarding return or exchange, please feel free to contact us.


How to Define a "Return":

  • Once the status of your order is changed from "NEW" to "PROCESSING", it is considered as PARTIAL RETURN,  and a 2.5% restocking fee will be charged to any cancelled orders to cover the credit card transaction fee.

  • Once the status of your order is changed to "SHIPPED", it is considered as a regular RETURN for any cancelled orders.

Order status can be checked in your account.


How to Return:

For return of unwanted products:

  • The first thing you need to do is to create a request of Return Material Authorization (RMA) through your account or by sending us email. No return will be accepted without a valid RMA. In the email, please provide us the following information so that we will able to process your return properly:

    • Your name, phone number and address

    • Your order number

    • Products you want to return and quantities

    • Why you want to return

  • Please realize that a 10% restocking fee will be charged for any returned merchandise. In addition, customer is responsible for the cost of returning the products.

  • Please inspect the items you would like to return against our Return Condition Checklist in the later section of this article to avoid any unnecessary charges.

  • Please allow 8 10 business days to process your refund after the receipt of your returned items.


How to Exchange:

For exchange of unwanted products:

  • The first thing you need to do is to contact us and provide us the following information so that we will able to process your return properly:

    • Your name, phone number and address

    • Your order number

    • Products you want to return and quantities

    • Why you want to exchange

  • NO restocking fee applies for exchange. However, customer is responsible for the cost of returning the products. If the return makes the original order amount drops under $99, a flat fee of $5.99 will be charged.

  • The exchange order placed  will be treated the same as if it is a new order;
  • At the same time you send us back the unwanted products, you need to place an order for a new item you want to exchange. Once the order is placed, please inform us by email at info@enfantstylediapers.com.

  • If a new order is not placed, it is considered as a return instead of exchange.

  • Please allow 8 10 business days to process your refund after the receipt of your returned items.

Return Condition Checklist:

Please make sure your order is in the condition that allows us to approve its return or exchange. Please inspect your order carefully against the following criteria before sending it back to us:

  • The item for return or exchange must be unwashed and unused with original packaging, which allows us to re-sell it at full listed price.

  • The item for return must be clean (e.g., free of odors or pet hair).

  • Any free or sample item subject to the order has to be returned. If not, you will be charged the listed price of the missing item and it will be deducted from your qualified refund.

  • All package deals have to be return in complete. If you are only able to return a partial package, the discount you received from the original package deal will be deducted from your qualified refund.

How to Determine Defects and How to Deal With it:

Neither Enfant Style Diapers nor merchandise manufacturer is responsible for damage of products due to inappropriate use, violation of the washing instruction provided by manufacturers, stinky diapers, buildup, or normal wear or tear of the product materials given the nature of the product.

Also, neither Enfant Style Diapers nor merchandise manufacturer is responsible for repelling, staining, or leaking of the cloth diapers and accessories given it is a normal issue for cloth diapering and can be corrected by right guidance, which is available in the Cloth Diaper FAQ Section of our site.


In addition, please aware that color fading and material wear is normal after multiple uses and they are not considered as defects. Keep in mind that cloth diaper has its own life cycle.


If a product is determined as a defect (e.g., broken snaps), it is generally handled directly by original manufacturer. Since Enfant Style Couches only carries high quality cloth diaper products (e.g., Bum Genius, Fuzzi Bunz, Happy Heinys, Kissaluvs, Thirsties, etc), the manufacturers are all responsive and responsible on defect handling. Almost all of them want to deal with defects with customer directly for data collection and future improvement. As a retailer, Enfant Style Diapers customer service team is more than happy to assist you on the defect claim.

Definition of Restocking Fee:

A 10% restocking fee will be charged for any return to cover the expense to process the request. It is NOT a margin for us. It is used for credit card processing fee, extra labor cost on packaging, handling and paper work associated with the return. We do appreciate your understanding.

To minimize, if not eliminate, unnecessary waste in terms of time and money, we do recommend the followings:

  • Only try and wash one diaper before touching the rest you purchased, and make sure it really meets your expectation, function well and fits your baby since no return is accepted for washed or used products.

  • Please check your order carefully when it arrives. Make sure the size, the color, and the product type are what you ordered and there is no defect. If something goes wrong, please do not use or wash them and you need contact us immediately.

  • If you have any question or problem, contact us in a timely manner. We will try out best to serve your need.
