How to Order:

There are two convenient and easy ways for you to place an order: Online or Email.

Online
The best way to place an order is through our online shopping cart system. It is fast, convenient, time saving and secure. The system is able to tell you the availability of the product, and in case of temporary stock out for some merchandise, you can place special orders through email. Once the product becomes available, we will contact you at the first time. Also the user interface allows you to put special request (e.g., you want special wrapping) in the comments area at checkout. Orders placed through this system will be processed immediately and shipped once your payment arrives.

E-mail
In case you are not able to check out through our system, you may e-mail us your order. We will then inform you the availability of the product, the tax applies, and the shipping cost. If you decide to place an order, we will collect payment information from you to complete the transaction. But please note that you should never send us your credit card information by email given its low security level. We will call you for this type of confidential information.

How to Pay:

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you do not have any of them for payment, please contact us for assistance.

How An Order Got Processed:

You will be informed by email at each stage while your order is processed. Our customer service team is working hard on offering our clients with the maximum visibility. You will be emailed with standard notices once the order is received, being processed, and shipped. Also you will be notified for some special events, like your payment does not arrive, you cancel your order before shipping, or your order is being held for some reason.

Pricing:

Our goal is to provide customers high quality product with competitive price, on-time delivery and responsive customer service. We work hard on offering best prices by sharpening our operations both organization and supply chain wises.

All listed prices are in Canadian dollars ($ CDN). We reserve the right to change the prices at any time without notice. Applicable taxes will be collected at checkout. All products are subject to GST (for Canadians) and provincial taxes, if applicable. All cloth diapers and diaper covers are EXEMPTED from PST.

Please note that taxes do not apply to gift certificates. The taxes will be collected when it is being used.

Whenever possible, we will offer pricing match for cloth diapers and accessories if you found lower price offered by others for the same product. In this case, please contact us with the following information enclosed in your email:

• The Web Link or URL of the product you want us to make price match.

• Product name, color, size, and condition (e.g., open-box, used)

• Listed price of the product

• Any other cost associated: tax, shipping and other costs

• Your contact information (e.g., email, telephone number)

We are providing you cloth diapering product information as accurate and up to date as we can. All product pictures and information are provided by original diaper manufacturers. If you feel the product you receive does not reflect the web information, please let us know and we will do whatever we can to make it right.
